By using this website, submitting a form or calling a number listed here, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What this website does
This website provides information about towing and roadside services in the Memphis area and lets you submit a request for help or a quote.
This website shares information with local, licensed, and insured vendors who will reach out and contact you the consumer with the information provided here. Those vendors are independent businesses. The work on your vehicle is carried out by the provider who attends, under an agreement between you and that provider.
Requests, quotes and arrival times
Submitting a form or making a call is a request, not a confirmed booking. A job is only arranged once a provider has spoken with you and agreed to attend.
Any arrival window given to you is an estimate. Traffic, weather, road closures, call volume and the position of your vehicle all affect it. Estimates are given in good faith and are not guarantees.
Prices quoted are based on what you describe. If the job turns out to be materially different, for example the vehicle is off a hard surface and needs winching when it was described as kerbside, the price may change. Any revised figure should be given to you before that work begins.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give accurate information about yourself, your vehicle and its location, and to tell us if anything about the situation is unsafe.
You confirm that you own the vehicle or are authorised to arrange for it to be moved. You are responsible for removing personal belongings and for any item left in the vehicle.
You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to interfere with it, access it without authorisation, or submit false requests.
Emergencies
This website is not an emergency service. If anyone is injured, if there is a fire, or if a child or pet is locked in a vehicle, call 911 first. Do not wait for a response from this site.
Payment
Payment for any service is arranged directly between you and the provider who attends. This website does not take payment for towing or roadside work.
Independent providers
Providers contacted through this website are independent contractors. They are not employees or agents of this website, and this website does not control how they carry out their work.
Any claim about the work performed on your vehicle, including damage, delay or the amount charged, is a matter between you and the provider who carried out that work.
Disclaimers
This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
